Your virtual server will be included in the custom monitoring software system and each time there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the easiest assignment in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your PC, or, alternatively depend on some third–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier option with our Optional Managed Services offer. We will make a full backup copy of your VPS server every week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any key information. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup very quickly. All the backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to run any script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some extra setup from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services deal will come in real handy. It includes 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you will be able to literally hire one of our proficient server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software app whatsoever that you desire. Alternatively have him rectify a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
